Hi I know this isn't totally the right place, but noticed some related posts with people with the same issue, so wondering if anyone can help/fix this. I'm having a problem with one of these clone cameras - IPCAMERA ID002A. It was working a real pain to find the IP Address.but I couldn't get the SMTP or FTP Alarm/Motion Detect to work so I tried to upgrade the latest Cybernova firmware but it seems to be bricked/not visible on the network anymore! It's not working at all now. I can FTP to 192.168.1.111 but replacing the firmware as per Maygion's site doesn't seem to fix it. Tried quite a few versions. Can't be seen on the network under the previous IP or over the DNS:-( Help!
Might have to return this camera if I can't get it to work:-(. Do you have a copy of the original System firmware, that was working in some way?
Have you checked your Router/AP to see if it has assigned an IP Address for the camera? If you see nothing with #2? Have you used the reset button on the bottom of the IP Camera and held it down for 20 seconds, while the camera was powered up? You can use a bent paperclip to do this, if needed. You will need to connect the IP Camera via Ethernet cable and be required to re-configure the IP Camera, as if it just came out of the box, if you do this.

Some sellers can easily tell that the IP Camera you returned, is not working, simply because improper firmware was loaded.
